The winners of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, run in conjunction with the Camping and Caravanning Club, have been revealed today (18th February).

With this data, we not only get an in-depth look at the current condition of the market but also get to see the makes of motorhomes which are providing standout service, as well as the leading dealers and the best campervan converters. This covers both the new and pre-owned markets, as our readers vote to tell us how they’ve got on with using their ‘van and the living space it provides, as well as the experience they had with their dealer, including, importantly, would they buy from them again.

That’s not all – our in-depth survey also reveals the best vans for a camper conversion, offering insights into the base vehicles which ‘van owners are finding offer a fantastic experience on the road.

This year’s Owner Satisfaction Awards mark the eighth time we’ve run them with the Camping and Caravanning Club, with a total of 3553 completed surveys received. This may be down on last time’s 5013, but still represents hundreds of thousands of miles driven and thousands of nights spent enjoying our favourite pastime.

The Awards allow us to recognise the high achievers in the industry – as well as a winner in each category, we also give out Gold Awards for those who score 80% or more (this is 85% or more in the van converter categories) and Silver Awards to those who achieve totals of 60% or higher.
