The winners of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2022 were announced on Thursday evening (11th November) at a ceremony hosted by Shaun Williamson at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Prior to this, we had asked the readers of Practical Motorhome and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club to give us their feedback on buying new and used motorhomes to provide us with a comprehensive picture of the market.
This is the fifth time the awards have run in partnership with The Camping and Caravanning Club.
As the 2021 awards were unable to go ahead due to the pandemic, the survey period was extended. This allowed us to receive more than 2600 fully completed surveys – an increase from the 2307 we had last time out – giving us what we believe to be the most accurate results to date.
Sarah Wakely, Editor-in-Chief of Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome, said: “The Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards were created in 2004 with the aim of providing our readers with a guide to buying better; in 2013 they were expanded to include Practical Caravan magazine. For the past six years we have also partnered with our friends at the Camping and Caravanning Club to expand the reach of the results even further.”
“There is no other scheme like this in the industry: our awards are the result of incredibly in-depth surveys, honestly completed by customers on the reliability of their purchase. With our awards, we aim to help buyers, both now and in the future, make the right buying choice for their needs.”
