Carado is adding a new campervan layout to its range for the 2025 season, and presenting another van in the same range as a special edition 4X4 vehicle.
Coming on a Fiat Ducato, one of the best vans for a camper conversion, the CV602 is 5.99m long, and comes with fixed single beds in the back, and an optional pop-up roof.
Its shorter cousin the CV590, with a traverse bed at the back, is also being made available this year as a special Edition25 4×4 vehicle. It comes fitted with a 170bhp engine, plus extended panels on both sides at the back to make the bed longer, an opening rear window, and the same oven and sink you find in low-profile motorhomes from Carado.
The company’s optional Pro+ Pack, which includes, among other things, an awning, a colour coded bumper, alloy wheels, special decals and cab blinds, is now available on the CV600 and CV640 campervan models, and across all of the van range. On some models the pack includes a sunroof and ambient lighting behind the lockers as well.
The Erwin Hymer Group company has also made changes to the chassis of all of its vehicles for the 2025 season.
Vehicles on the new Fiat Ducato with the new front design and radiator grille benefit from improved driver assistance features and aerodynamic exterior mirrors.
Citroen-based vehicles get automatic transmission as standard along with the aerodynamic mirrors. Ford-based also get an auto gearbox as standard (except for the CV590), while their towing capacity has been increased to 2 tonnes.
Prices start at £55,690 for the campervans, £55,290 for the vans, £61,590 for the low-profiles, £62,790 for the overcabs, and £75,990 for the A-classes.
This new campervans from Carado come just as its rival Malibu has brought out its first Mercedes-based campervan.
