The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024 were announced last night (Thursday 7th December), with Bürstner being named the Best Manufacturer (New and Pre-owned).
The brand finished top, scoring 81.4%, enough to beat second-placed Adria, with the Slovenian brand scoring 78.2%.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards provide an in-depth view of the market. It sees the readers of Practical Motorhome and members of The Camping & Caravanning Club vote to let us know how they’ve got on when buying a ‘van, allowing us to identify the standout motorhome makes.
Bürstner went on to achieve a score of 82.8% in the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Motorhomes category as well. This was another closely fought category that was ultimately won by Hymer, who scored 84.8%. Close behind was Carthago, who achieved 84.2%, while Dethleffs (including Sunlight) came third with 83.8%.
Bürstner also secured a silver award in the Best Manufacturer: New Motorhomes category. Hymer again came out on top, this time the only brand to achieve a gold award with a score of 80.3%. Close behind came Roller Team with 79.8%, while Rimor and Bürstner both came in joint third place with scores of 79.5%.
