It’s Day Two of the second Amazon Prime Day of the year (8th-9th October), and there are still plenty of bargains to be had, giving motorhome owners a great opportunity to buy a wide range of tour-enhancing accessories at unmissable prices.

Prime Day has been allowing consumers to grab unmissable bargains ever since it was first introduced in 2015 to celebrate Amazon’s 20th anniversary, and this time is no different. To make sure you don’t miss out, I’m sharing my pick of the deals I’ve spotted so far. I’ve been a judge at the Practical Motorhome Awards for three years – this year will be my fourth – and I’m well aware of the difference between items that you will buy but never use in your ‘vans, in contrast with the accessories that are actually tour enhancing.
One thing to remember is you’ll need to have an active Amazon Prime subscription to participate in most of the deals. If you don’t have a subscription at the moment, you can sign up to a 30-day free Amazon Prime trial – this can be cancelled at any time within the 30-day period, but will still let you secure any deals on motorhome accessories you see during the event. You can also sign up for £8.99 a month or £95 for a 12-month subscription.
Some of my favourite deals so far include the Jackery Explorer 100 Plus, which is available with a huge £50 saving, bringing it down to only £89.99. Also on offer is a sat nav from TomTom, cordless vacuums from Gtech and Black+Decker, the EcoFlow Alternator Charger, mattress toppers and much more.

Jackery Explorer 100 Plus was £139.99 now £89.99
One of my favourite deals over the July Prime Day is back this October. It offers a lightweight and portable way to keep your phone or tablet topped up, with its capacity of 99Wh and maximum output of 128W allowing it to charge the former up to six times. A good selection of ports are provided too, considering it fits into the plan of your hand, with two USB-Cs and one USB-A, allowing it to charge three gadgets at a time.
EF EcoFlow 800W Alternator Charger was £329 now £279.65
Our tester, Peter Rosenthal, was very impressed by the EcoFlow 800W Alternator Charger when he reviewed it – the B2B charger offers a compact method of charging up your portable power station when you’re driving to your campsite, giving you access to power from the moment you pitch up. While it is only compatible with other EcoFlow products, it’s fairly straightforward to install and can also be used to ‘reverse charge’ the vehicle battery.
BESTEK 300W Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter was £61.99 now £33.99
An inverter can end up being a pricey piece of kit, but the saving on this Pure Sine Wave Inverter makes it a highly attractive bargain. It may only offer 300W but if you’re off-grid and need to power a low-wattage device, it will tick the box. With a smart, compact red-aluminium shell, you have the choice of attaching it with the provided 12V plug or by using crocodile clips directly to your ‘van’s battery. It’s currently available with a whopping 45% discount, bringing it down to only £33.99.
LogicBlue Technology LevelMatePro was £129.99 now £103.99
This useful gadget helps you ensure you achieve a level motorhome, saving you from having to walk up an incline to get from one side of the ‘van to another. Offering feedback in real time, it allows you to accurately level your ‘van by mounting the device (screws are provided) and then downloading the LevelMatePRO app. During the Prime Day sale, it’s reduced to only £103.99, a 20% saving.
CTEK MXS 7.0 Fully Automatic Battery Charger was £149.99 now £92.39
Keeping an eye on both the base vehicle’s battery and leisure battery are two important tasks during the winter months – failing to do so could lead to problems and potentially even damage the battery altogether. That’s where this CTEK Battery Charger comes in. It’s compatible with lead-acid batteries and can be used to recondition low batteries, only requiring attaching to the terminals before it gets to work.
Prime Day sat nav deals
Tom Tom Go Camper Max 2nd Gen was £299 now £254
Currently reduced by 15% in the Prime Day sale, the second generation of the Go Camper Max range provides numerous features to ensure you enjoy a stress free experience on the road. For instance, there’s specific routing for your motorhome, taking the dimensions of your ‘van into account to avoid obstacles, while you can also turn on the ‘avoid LEZ’ feature to ensure you steer clear of low-emission zones while on your journey. All information is displayed on its clear seven-inch screen.
Garmin Camper 795 was £359.99 now £299
The Garmin Camper 795 is a touring accessory that I – and the rest of the Practical Motorhome team – rate highly, a fact emphasised by its win at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2024. It’s loaded with features to make your campsite drive simple, such as custom routing, to avoid any unexpected sharp bends or low bridges, as well as BirdsEye Satellite Imagery, so you can plan your campsite arrival out. Handily, the deal is open to those who aren’t subscribed to Amazon Prime too.
Prime Day handheld vacuum deals
Gtech Multi MK2 was £169.99 now £128.99
One of my favourite options for cleaning a motorhome – and one that was shortlisted at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2024 – this handheld vacuum combines a weight of only 1.5kg with an impressive 22v lithium battery, which offers 20 minutes of runtime off of a four hour charge. I think it will offer an ideal method for getting rid of dirt and crumbs when you’re on tour. A range of attachments will make corners in your ‘van easy to get into, with the LED headlight allowing you to ensure you’ve vacuumed everything up.
Prime Day entertainment gadget deals
Nebula Mars 3 Air was £549.99 now £419.99
The Nebula Mars 3 Air is a gadget I can personally vouch for. When I reviewed it recently, I was amazed by the clarity of image and the sound quality provided. It’s not just the clear 1080p display that impressed me though, as it scales in size to reach up to 150-inches – it’s the built-in battery. This makes it a real asset to ‘van owners who could want to move it around and watch in different parts of their van – or even outside. After watching a film for nearly 2.5 hours, it still had 37% battery left – impressive. Watching it in daylight did impact clearness (particularly if in sunlight), but in dimmer rooms or in the evening with the light on, the image was excellent.
Echo Auto (2nd gen) was £59.99 now £39.99
This is a product that could be a game changer for motorhomers who have a ‘van without a voice assistant. With it, you can pair your phone to have voice control, allowing you to carry out a range of tasks such as listening to your songs with ease, finding out the weather or even speaking to someone via another Echo Device. It works like a typical domestic Echo device, and is available over Prime Day with an excellent £20 saving.
Prime Day maintenance accessory deals
UniBond AERO 360º Moisture Absorber was £12 now £9.59
If you’re looking for a non-electric way to get on top of excess moisture in your ‘van, this UniBond could be the Prime Day deal for you. Operating silently, it comes with an aerodynamic design to provide 360-degree air circulation. It comes with one tab, which includes moisture absorbing crystals and patented anti-odour agents, which should help to prevent any unpleasant smells in the process. For those who have already got one of these, the tabs are also on offer too, with their price down to £10.19 for four – each one should last for up to three months.
Kärcher Window Vac WV 6 was £109.99 now £64.99
If you face condensation in your ‘van when you wake up, I think the Prime Day deal for this Kärcher gadget could be well worth considering. It provides an impressive battery runtime of up to 100 minutes, with its LED indicator giving you a clear view of how its battery is doing. But more importantly, its 280mm wide suction nozzle is able to suck up water for a streak free finish. The set also comes with a spray bottle with a wiper and microfibre cloth.
Draper 44 Piece Precision Screwdriver Hex Key and Bit Set was £38.13 now £21.79
If your toolkit is in need of an upgrade, this Draper set comes with a good selection of tools for completing a range of DIY tasks, from reattaching a wonky door to unscrewing the battery cover from a product. The set comes with a range of products, including 6 Plain slot and 4 Cross slot screwdrivers, 8 Metric hex keys, 8 imperial hex keys and 3 Plain slot bits, as well as a handy stand for storing them in.
Yale Alarm was £19.99 now £11.99
This standalone alarm could be well worth buying if you’re after a way to improve the security of your ‘van. Wire-free, it gives you the option of either hanging it on the wall or floor-mounting it – then, should someone enter a 12m detection zone, it will emit a 100dB siren, unless you input the PIN code within 10 seconds. It requires four AA batteries to run and also has a light that will indicate when the batteries are getting low.
Prime Day campervan mattress topper deals
Snuggledown Luxurious Hotel Mattress Topper Single Bed was £34.99 now £29.74
For those who have single beds in their campervan, this Snuggledown mattress topper could be the sleep enhancer you need. Coming with a soft touch cover and plush hollow fibre filling, it’s not only comfortable to sleep on but also features an anti-slip bottom, meaning it should stay in place. The hypoallergenic topper is also machine washable for some easy cleaning at the end of your tour.
Prime Day air fryer deals
Salter EK2817 2L Compact Air Fryer – was £39.99 now £33.89
This compact air fryer from Salter has been one of Sarah’s favourite bargains on offer over Prime Day. At 1000W, it’s got a fairly low wattage – after all, no one wants to trip the hook-up bollard. Thanks to its size, it will be fairly easy to transport to the campsite and can reach a temperature of up to up to 200°. Additional features include dials for the timer and temperature, as well as an auto-shutoff function. Its capacity will make it a great choice for couples or motorhomers embarking on a solo trip.
Tower T17021 was £69.99 now £39.99
Air Fryer fans after a bigger capacity could find this Tower option fits the bill. With a capacity of 4.3-litres, it’s much better suited to catering to families on tour who, as a result, have a bigger kitchen space too. It’s a versatile option, as it can fry, grill, bake and roast. The temperature gauge, which is manually controlled, can be set between 80 to 200 degrees too. One point to be aware of is its wattage – at 1500W, it’s coming towards the limit of what we’d recommend for a gadget in your ‘van, so make sure you have the set up to operate it.
Prime Day on tour accessory deals
Amazon packing cubes was £21.84 now £16.38
These useful cubes will make packing and unpacking quicker and easier, allowing you to transport your clothes neatly and add a touch of organisation to proceedings. Thanks to their see-through mesh, it will be straightforward to see what’s in each cube too, and, if you’re touring as a family, you can assign one to each member, to ensure items don’t get caught up. The soft meshing means they shouldn’t damage clothing either.
Joseph Joseph Sipp Travel mug was £12 now £7.49
This stylish travel mug is ideal for those who want to enjoy a drink on the way to their chosen campsite or for days out in the ‘van, allowing motorhomers to enjoy their favourite hot drinks on the go. I like that it’s BPA-free, and the flip-top cap it comes with should ensure it’s more hygienic to use, should it be passed over by others or kept upright in your bag.
Thermos 420ml Soft Touch Travel Mug was £11.99 now £6.99
If you prefer a more traditional handle for your travel mug, this Thermos option could tick the box. It offers double wall insulation so you can use it for both hot and cold drinks, and usefully, it should be suitable for the majority of vehicle cup holders as well.
